Manager, Creative Operations & Print + Digital Production

2020—Present

Lead creative operations and post-production for high-volume print and digital marketing across J.Crew and J.Crew Factory while managing a team of production artists. Oversee workflows from project kickoff through final delivery, partnering across Design, Photo, Retouching, Marketing, prepress partners, and international vendors to deliver high-quality work efficiently.

  • Serve as an operational hub across Creative, Photo, Retouching, Marketing, Paid Media, PR, Legal, Development, Email, prepress partners, and other cross-functional teams—resolving blockers and keeping work on track through launch.
  • Scaled print and digital delivery workflows to support 70%+ growth in annual asset volume from 2020–2025 by developing more efficient systems and resource practices to meet increasing creative demand.
  • Anticipate production risks, resource constraints, approval timing, and downstream dependencies; surface issues early and communicate tradeoffs across teams and leadership before they affect delivery.
  • Leverage generative AI for workflow automation, research, documentation, problem-solving, and rapid prototyping.
  • Coordinate international retouching, in-house retouching, and prepress partners, aligning schedules, standards, feedback, approvals, and final handoffs across teams.
  • Prepare and quality-check final production-ready assets across web, app, email, social, paid media, OOH, catalogs, retail signage, packaging, and other channel-specific deliverables.
  • Manage and coach production artists while overseeing team priorities, workload, capacity, and resource allocation, shifting resources as business needs and production volume change while maintaining consistent production standards.
  • Identify third-party branding and intellectual-property concerns in imagery and coordinate with Legal and creative partners to resolve issues before launch.
  • Develop and improve workflows, SOPs, documentation, Figma libraries, templates, tracking systems, and centralized resources to improve consistency, visibility, and production efficiency.
